The main one is for my Simplicity Coaching Business. It would be a book on living in simplicity. The second one is “Choosing Joy”, and the third is for my in home coaching ladies that meet once a month. In addition I am working on a book of poems, praises, life Lessons.

Wow you have a lot of great ideas. What are some of the main principles or practices for living in simplicity?

That is what I Coach on. It is dependent on each individual’s life. What is simple for one person can feel like too much for the next. What I can tell you is allow space in your life. Space to breathe, reflect, and connect. Rushing adds stress so allow time in between your activities. Let go of the stuff you no longer use. Appreciate it for what it provided at that time, but accept it is no longer used and let it go. Too many material possessions to clean, and manage can lean to a chaotic mind. I hope this gives you a few tips.

Those are great ideas, Joyce. So it seems one principle is to allow space in your life. And space seems like it is physical space (let go of stuff) but also action-space (reduce rushing).

It seems you have some very good material to put into a course.
