Don’t Just Be an Expert. Be a Teacher People Pay.

You’ve mastered your craft—but translating that into a learning experience?

That’s a whole different skill.

I help you turn what’s in your head into workshops, courses, and trainings that click.
Because it’s not just what you know—it’s how you share it that counts.

The Problem I Solve

The biggest frustration most experts face isn't a lack of knowledge—it's not knowing how to transform that knowledge into something people will pay for.

Maybe you're overwhelmed with all the options out there:

  • What tech platform should you use?

  • What should you include (and what should you leave out)?

  • How do you even begin creating a course?

I've been there. And I've helped experts move past these roadblocks to create courses that actually get results.

Why Listen to Me?

I've created around 17 courses at last check, including multiple editions where I've completely rebuilt courses from the ground up to improve them based on student needs and experiences.

My journey started as a public school teacher, where I developed a deep understanding of educational psychology and how people actually learn (not just how we think they should learn).

Later, I worked for a coaching company where I helped develop their entire online program. We built a business helping people overcome their fear of public speaking, then eventually moved to in-person workshops to train other people to use our coaching methodology—which I designed.

When the founder said, "Wouldn't it be great if we could do this training online?" I created our first video-based online course teaching our coaching methodology. Then I created three more.

A few years ago, I decided to put my methodology into a text-based course called the Atomic Course Blueprint. I've even created a course on digital organization (iPARA) to help people stay organized and productive.

The bottom line? I know how to create courses that work, and I know how to do it efficiently.

My Approach: Outcome-Based, Not Topic-Based

Here's what makes my approach different: I don't focus on topics; I focus on outcomes.

Most course creators start by asking, "What topics should I cover?" and then stuff their courses with everything they know. The result? Information overload that leaves students overwhelmed and unlikely to implement anything.

I start with a different question: "What outcome do my students want to achieve?"

Then, I identify the obstacles preventing them from reaching that outcome and create lessons specifically designed to overcome those obstacles or develop the skills needed to produce the result.

Nothing goes into my courses (or my clients' courses) unless it directly contributes to the promised outcome.

No unnecessary history lessons.

No philosophical tangents.

No fluff.

Just what works.

Real Results from Real Clients

One of my clients, a physical therapist with 20 years of experience, had been teaching other physical therapists his method for helping chronic pain patients who were skeptical about therapy. His approach was brilliant, but he struggled to teach it effectively to his students.

They'd nod and say they understood, but when he watched them in practice, they weren't implementing what he taught.

I helped him develop a teaching method that allowed his students to learn these skills bit by bit and turn them into habits. The transformation was remarkable.

We even tested the program with Kaiser Permanente, a large health organization with millions of members. The results? Measurably improved patient scores—hard data proving that his students were now successfully implementing what they learned.

That's what I do: I help you break down your expertise into components that others can actually implement and get results from. (By the way, Kaiser now runs the program we created annually.)

Here’s what Skulpan had to say about creating his course with me:

In the past, I would teach these courses as an info dump. And it seemed like they understood it, but then I would run into them a year later, two years later down the road and I could see that what I was teaching, wasn't converting into clinical practice, and that was a problem. As a result, I felt deflated, shocked and disappointed.

What I learned from Rodney changed my results.

It was like night and day. When I run into my latest students, I can see that they’ve learned. Their patients are improving. They are really appreciative and so am I.
