Five Steps To Creating A Well-Loved Online Course
Before creating a course we wonder "Will anyone care about my idea?"
As humans we fear irrelevance. We don't want to create something only for it to be ignored. That hurts.
So how do you increase the chances others will value your course ... and that you can sell it? Use these five ideas.
1) Look to the recent past for problems you solved
What used to be hard for you, is still hard for someone else. Remember those problems you solved, so you can share the solutions with others.
2) Distill your solution into a framework
Next, break down what you did into steps. Slow down and watch how you solve the problem today. Write up everything you notice. Now you have a framework.
3) Teach your solution to another person (to validate)
To ensure your framework is understandable to others, share it with one person. If they struggle break each step in half until it's easy.
4) Put your solution into video or text
Now that your framework works, share it in video or text so you are no longer a limiting factor.
5) Sell it
You've created something that others value. Now it's time for you to profit from your hard work. Let people pay you so you can serve them at a higher level.
Day 24 Update
A super short update.
I've written all of Part 1 of the bonus and half of Part 2.
I'm still feeling under the weather so doing less other writing at the moment to conserve energy.
I'm hoping to be back to full strength tomorrow.
