Article: One Habit That Gives Digital Writers Endless Profitable Ideas For Online Courses
The Day 20 update on building my next course
Successful online course builders often have a library of unique courses they build.
How do they come up with so many profitable ideas?
They turn every problem they solve into a course
And here's why:
If you solved a problem, then it's likely others have the same problem.
So it makes perfect sense to sell that solution to others.
It's one reason that I love Dickie Bush and Nicolas Cole's 2-Year Test.
Whatever you've accomplished in the last 2 years is something other people would kill for.
There's no reason to keep it bottled up inside.
And every successful course builder I know always opens the bottle and shares their wisdom in another course.
Do the same and you'll make a difference to others AND make a profit at the same time.
Day 20 update
Today I worked on the bonus on creating story hooks for your atomic course. I’m including three different ways to create a story hook. I’d already decided on two that I would include and have source material ready.
But I spent too long trying to long on trying to put together a third strategy.
I wanted to show how you can use questions as great story hooks. I looked at examples of how I’d done it in the past and how others have done it and couldn’t break it down into a system.
So I’ll be use either the problem approach or the listing method instead.
I’ve got great examples for both of them and I think I’ll be able to break them down into repeatable steps you can use for your own content.
This is the last update for this week. On Monday, I’ll be back at it again. Until then.
The 2 Year Test is awesome!
